Exercise Myths & Truths

I find that many back problems are induced through activities, repetitive motions, postural habits (like the computer, or texting) and improperly done exercises.

Ab exercises are amongst the biggest culprits in low back injuries as the curve in the low back is repetitively pushed out to the back putting a harmful amount of pressure on the discs in the lumbar spine (L1-L5).
